Once we know what’s involved, you get a straight quote. No loose “allowances” or moving numbers. You’ll know what’s included, what’s not, and roughly how long the job should take.

Strip-out & removals
With your approval we begin the commercial defit. We remove fixtures, shelving, counters, partitions, flooring, whatever the lease requires.
