YogaRest is ON again - 2-4pm on 23/6/18. YogaRest is two hours of completely nourishing Self-Care and is the perfect antidote to our busy lives. When we fill ourselves up with deep rest, quality breathing and a de-compressed nervous system we can relate to the world around us is a completely new and different way. Each YogaRest session differs and is dependant on the season and time of day.

This is our offering:

Warm Tea on arrival. Aromas of Deep Relaxation. Luscious Restorative Yoga on lots of support - in each posture you will be propped and checked to ensure those ‘impeccable’ levels of complete comfort. Deep Breathing. Meditation/Visualisation Practice. Yoga Nidra. Gentle live guitar music.
