Amanda is a Level 3/Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia.

'In my classes we flow with the seasonal cycles of nature and life. Safe and gentler alternatives are offered for each individual practitioner. My intention is to share the practice of yoga with compassion, kindness and humour. I love being able to offer classes that balance the body, where participants are given the opportunity to tune in to all aspects of their bodies and minds. These classes are an opportunity to take pause and find the quiet that is always avaiable in a sometimes fractic world, an opportunity to reflect on what is important to you in this moment and the next and the next. We explore all the limbs of yoga in an easy to grasp way, we have fun and giggle and everyone is encouraged to listen deeply to and have respect for their own unique body. Our practice of yoga postures is about so much more than the shapes we create on the mat. Yet how we practice on the mat, can and does inform how we live out in the real world. Price $20 per class or $160 for a block of 10 classes.


Each Monday night for 8 weeks we come together at Juma and experience a flow of meditation. We explore a variety of techniques - using breath work, creative visualisation, seated, lying and walking meditation.

Monday 6:30pm - 7:15pm BLOCK 1 22/1/18 - 12/3/18

Price $15 per casual visit & $80 for a block of 8.
